A postcard automat will be installed into an exposed place within the urban space (Kreuzberg or Wedding). Planned is an automat at which everybody has the opportunity to design his/ her own neighbourhood-postcard. First you have to choose words, pictures and pictograms from a databank which belongs to the neighbourhood and assigned to certain themes (e.g. döner, hairdresser, marriage, festive days). You design your layout out of it and furthermore you can take a picture of yourself to insert into your postcard. Finally it is also possible to print your individual neighbourhood-postcard.
